I’ve been trying to « do something » with my SD BJD Impldoll.  The main problem with him is I can’t seem to find a wig-style that suits, and he always looks a bit spooky, even to me. Since I can’t sort out wig, I decided to try sorting out clothes first.  And because I couldn’t find any knitting patterns to fit, I decided to try writing my own.

J’essaie de « faire quelque chose » avec ma SD BJD Impdoll.  Le problème avec lui, c’est que je n’arrive pas trouver une perruque qui lui va bien, et il a toujous l’air un peu effrayant.  Sans solution pour la perruque, je me suis penchée sur le problème de vêtements d’abord. Et, ne trouvant pas de patron à sa taille, j’ai bidouillé mon propre patron.

Celui-ci étant mon prototype.  Je cherchais à lui donner l’air un peu « rustique, avec Stylecraft Special DK couleur « parchment ».

And then another attempt, less successful, in stocking stitch & garter, in Stylecraft Special DK « cream ».

Puis un deuxième essai, mais en modifiant, et à mes yeux, moins réussi, en crème.

I need to do some more pattern tweaking, but when I have, I plan to write up patterns neatly and make them available.

Je dois encore faire quelques améliorations avant d’écrire mon patron au propre.
